Maple and Glass Slab Dining Table

Project Description

Forming a glass river down the center of these two natural edge maple slabs this table highlights the original form of a previously living tree. Small pools of glass are inlaid into the wood and used as accents/highlights in the slab in areas that might otherwise look poor in character, making the most use of a material and enhancing its character.
